About...

JAMSET is a Cincinnati based group comprised of session and touring musicians.

The group's strong versatility and musicianship has allowed them the opportunity to open for such acts as Roy Ayers, Ronnie Laws, Pieces of A Dream, Regina Belle, Phil Perry and Pam "Saxtress" Williams.

The group is currently being marketed by D'Mar Entertainment and has recently released their latest CD "Live and Jazzin' It Up" on the D'Mar Record Label. The CD catches the raw essence of JAMSET in live concert, performing their own rendition of "West Chester Lady" and "Friends and Strangers". In addition, the CD contains the studio recordings of their critically acclaimed "Taxes (American Love Affair)" and "Spare Time", written and produced by Kerry Jordan.

JAMSET received a nomination from Cincinnati's Citybeat Magazine for the 2012 Cincinnati Entertainment Award (CEA) for best Jazz Group. Also, in 2012, CJSW Radio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada named JAMSET #1 on their Jazz Charts!

The group performs Smooth Jazz, R&B, Funk, Soul and Pop.
